SERVES 12
1/3 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup dried mixed fruit
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
1/3 cup hemp protein powder
1/4 cup grated dark baking chocolate, bar
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup honey or syrup
1/2 cup oats, toasted
Mix All Ingredients. Press onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Let dry overnight & then cut into bars. Refrigerate for freshness.
